I haven't seen that as much as I've seen my neighbors letting their dogs run and ultimately they "fertilize" my yard, bushes and trees. Bad enough picking up after my own dog...I resent picking up after my neighbors' dogs because they don't keep them in their yard or on a leash...
Off topic but...has anyone seen the lady who walks around town exclusively in the street? There will be a perfectly good and empty sidewalk and there she is in the street. Is this legal? I even witnessed this when the streets were snow covered and slippery. I've always wondered what her story was.
I have not seen her. Maybe she is taking a lead from the bicycle folks who refuse to use the bike paths or obey traffic laws. However, it does put a new spin on the term "street walker".

I've not seen her but what part of GC does the street lady walk in?
I ride a bike mostly daily as part of my fitness program and I avoid the streets because too many drivers I've encountered in GC don't pay attention being too busy playing around with their cell phone like an impulsive negligent fool. I prefer to ride fast laps in school parking lots where you can concentrate on the workout instead of getting hit or run over by an idiot.
